In the third installment of his Zombie Truckers franchise, Norwegian-born Director Kelvin G. (Zombie Truckers, Zombie Truckers 2, Daisies for My Grandpa) reinvigorates the horror genre with this sure-to-become classic.
It's just a routine traffic stop in the creepy little town of Pigeon Grove. Or is it? Soon after, fleets of bloodthirsty zombies show up-first by the hundreds, then by the thousands. Then a few leave, making it about a hundred again. Pigeon Grove sheriff Grewman Hawk (Dack Saturday) and his deputy Squibbles (George Paste) leap into action, thwarting off the dastardly attacks. But can they defeat these deadly downshifters?
Based on a book by Thurgood Goodway, the film also stars Nicole Clooney and Red Greenway. Horror make-up genius Alice-Alice Knowles (Noises in my Closet, The Dripping, The Dripping 2: Make it Stop) applies her, well, genius.
Zombie Truckers 3.
Driving without a license was just their first crime.
